By downloading, installing, or using StashFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StashFlow is an offline-first personal finance management application that helps you:

• Track income and expenses
• Manage budgets and savings goals
• Scan and digitize receipts
• Generate financial reports
• Receive AI-powered financial insights

3. User Responsibilities

Data Management

As an offline-first application, you are responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining backups of your financial data
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you input
• Protecting your device and data from unauthorized access
• Exporting your data before uninstalling the App

Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations

4. Privacy and Data

Offline Storage

StashFlow stores all your financial data locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store your personal financial information on our servers.

AI Assistant

When using the AI chat feature:

• Queries are processed temporarily for generating responses
• No conversation history is stored on our servers
• Data is not used for training AI models

StashFlow is not a financial advisor. The App and its AI assistant provide general information and tools for personal finance management. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate tools and calculations, we make no warranties about:

• The accuracy of calculations or reports
• The suitability of the App for your specific needs
• The completeness of financial tracking features

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StashFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any data loss due to device issues or user error
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the App
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the App

7. Data Loss and Backups

Important: Since StashFlow operates offline, we cannot recover lost data. You are solely responsible for:

• Regular data backups
• Data recovery in case of device loss or damage
• Data transfer when changing devices

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to StashFlow, including but not limited to:

• App design and user interface
• Features and functionality
• Logos and branding
• Source code and algorithms

remain the exclusive property of StashFlow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

9. Updates and Modifications

App Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. While updates are recommended, you may choose whether to install them. However, using older versions may result in:

• Reduced functionality
• Security vulnerabilities
• Compatibility issues

Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. User Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use StashFlow. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with parental or guardian supervision.

11. Termination

You may stop using StashFlow at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, though as an offline app, this primarily applies to any online features like AI assistance.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StashFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StashFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StashFlow regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
